Benefits: Releases tension in the facial and neck muscles
METHOD: Sit comfortably in a straight backed chair with feet flat on the floor. Simultaneously open your mouth, stick out your tongue, raise your eyebrows, and gaze up toward the ceiling. Hold for up to 10 seconds. Repeat 3 to 5 times.
Tip: Sure, it feels silly(and looks even sillier), but this is a great exercise for the muscles in your face!
