Resentment is a chaotic emotion, and harboring it makes us feel heavy and burdened. Use this meditation to help you restore calm after a resentful episode.
Close your eyes and visualize your disrupted quietude as a broken vase. In your mind's eye, imagine mending the vase-carefully handling each piece to recreate something perfect and beautiful. When you have finished your visualization, take a deep breath and "breathe out" any remaining fragments of resentment.
