Meditation Essentials: Appreciate Abundance
We don't need to go very far to appreciate abundance in our lives. Next time you eat a piece of fruit, meditate on its special qualities. Think how at its core lies the possibility for new growth: how its flesh provides you with nourishment. Focus on the texture of its skin and its hue. Then, think about how nature provides you with all the sustenance that you need. Say a small thank you for nature's abundance.
