Be Kind

Over-Thinking

When your fears have you looking too deep into things, it creates problems, it does not fix them.
If you think and you think and you think, you can think yourself right out of contentment a thousand times over, and never once into it.
Worrying does not take away tomorrow’s troubles, it takes away today’s peace and potential.  Stop over-thinking everything.
Life is too short.

Increasing Energy

Energy drinks, which often contain high concentrations of sugar, taurine and caffeine, may put a little pep in your step, but at what cost?
The very ingredients that make you feel energized may also strain your heart. Energy drinks are especially dangerous for people who already have heart disease. If you’re looking for healthy ways to boost energy have a second cup of black coffee — drinking two cups a day actually lowers the risk of premature death — and take a walk.
The number of steps you take each day has a direct effect on your overall mood. The more steps you walk  and the more you move your body the more likely you are to be happier and more energized all day long.

Dishonesty

Once

I expect to pass through this world but once.
Any good therefore that I can do,
or any kindness that I can show to my fellow-creature,
let me do it now.
Let me not defer or neglect it,
for I shall not pass this way again.

Nuts

People who eat nuts in moderation (up to two ounces a day) can enjoy a variety of health benefits.
Eating nuts makes you less likely to develop heart disease, type 2 diabetes, colon cancer, gallstones and diverticulitis. Nut eaters also have lower lousy LDL cholesterol levels and less insulin resistance.
A new nuts-and-longevity study showed that people who ate one ounce of nuts (about a handful) daily had a 20 percent lower death rate in comparison with participants who did not eat nuts.
