The traditional Tibetan mantra Om Mani Padme Hum (pronounced "om mani peymay hung") literally means "the jewel in the lotus". Reciting this mantra is said to bring you closer to your spiritual self.
Set aside ten minutes for this meditation. Say the mantra aloud, clearly and slowly. Become immersed in its rhythm. Focus your mind on the sound. If you lose concentration, speed up or slow down to bring the focus back. Imagine the sound vibrating at your spiritual core.
