Meditation Essentials: Sense Your Guardian Angel

Meditating on a protective presence can strengthen us for times of difficulty. Sit comfortably. Place your hands in your lap, palms up-this indicates your willingness to receive strength from Divine sources. Allow your thoughts to float seamlessly across your mind. Imagine yourself enveloped in a comforting bright light. Its energy permeates your very core. Spend five minutes drawing strength from this light. You have just met your guardian angel.
