Meditation Essentials: Effect Change

Sit on the floor with your back straight and the soles of your feet together-the shape made by your legs will resemble the wings of a butterfly. Gently move your legs up and down to enhance the effect. Bring to mind the idea that the gentlest fanning of a butterfly's wings can create a great wind of change many thousands of miles away.

Like the butterfly, you have it within your power to effect change. Focus on this thought for ten minutes.
