Meditation Essentials: Rediscover Precious Moments

A good way to train the mind to focus is to meditate on happy times. Consider an hourglass. Imagine that each grain of sand represents a perfect moment in your lifetime. Think how many thousands of perfect moments you have. Each of these moments is precious.
