Grocery Shopping For Fat Loss: Tip # 6

EAT MOSTLY FOODS WITH ONE INGREDIENT AND NO LABEL

Eighty percent of the foods you eat daily will come without a label (think fruits and vegetables). If they have a label, they'll usually have only one ingredient, as in the case of lean meats, fish, eggs, or old-fashioned oatmeal. (one of my all-time favorites!)
