Nirvana and Enlightenment #15

Because NIRVANA is an abstract concept, people tend to attach all sorts of metaphysical qualities to its obtainment.

"After achieving NIRVANA this saint could perform the miracles of controlling the minds of other people and changing the flow of the river."

If somebody could do this--so what??

Does that make the world a better place??

Is NIRVANA about the achievement of paranormal powers or is it about coming to embrace universal wholeness??
