Body Fat Loss update #1

As promised, I will update my progress each and every Thursday. OK, so far so good. I realize it has just been two days since I initiated this program, but I am doing well. The weekend will be telling in regards to my intentions and commitment. I am determined to achieve my goal for body fat loss.

I know that what I weigh is not as significant as how much fat I lose, but after just 2 days on program I have lost almost 6 lbs.! I realize it's just water, but it feels good to see the number go down. I have 98 days to go as I have promised myself and will be accountable to this blog.
