Awareness of Time Meditation
Note what time it is as you sit and relax, breathing deeply.
Close your eyes and focus on your breath.
Sit for as long as you feel comfortable.
Before you open your eyes, guess the time spent in meditation.
When you look at your watch or clock, you may be surprised at your underestimation.
If you are correct, do not be pleased.
If you are not correct, do not be disappointed with yourself.
