Self Meditation 61

Slow down.
When you review those actions that have caused you remorse, you often find that they were undertaken in haste.
Take the time to examine your motivations and to bring mindfulness to the feelings associated with the act you are about to perform.


An exercise to help you let go of control is to spend a day or a substantial part of a day doing nothing - absolutely nothing: not speaking, not watching television, not listening to music, not reading, eating little or nothing.
Watch the mind in its restlessness.
Soften your mind and surrender.
