Buddhist Psychology - #5

The Buddha asks, "How does a practitioner remain established in the observance of the states of mind?"

He instructs, "The practitioner becomes aware when the mind is tense and when the mind is relaxed... the practitioner becomes aware when the mind contains hatred and ill-will, and when the mind contains love and kindness.
The practitioner becomes aware when the mind contains worry and when the mind is composed."
