Your Body Needs Fluids
By the time our body signals the need for fluids (i.e. thirst), we are already in a dehydrated state.
Water is a vital nutrient that needs to be consumed before you feel thirsty.
Keep hydrated throughout the day by taking water breaks, drinking water, juice, or decaffeinated beverages with your meals, hydrating before and during exercise, and taking bottled water with you when you travel.
Help your body maintain optimum health by drinking water.
