People who do not understand use Thinking Mind to attempt to teach No Mind.

They lay down elaborate techniques for you to find your way to nothingness.

They initiate you with secret Mantras so you will have a focus to your meditation.

They will tell you to sit, thinking nothing but the Mantra and you will meet Nirvana.

But, from techniques comes evaluation.
From evaluation comes judgement.
From judgement rank is born.
From rank comes title.
From title comes superiority.
From superiority comes Ego.
From Ego comes illusion.

Techniques are not the pathway to NIRVANA.
Techniques are only the pathway to illusion.

How long can you sit without having a thought?

If you answer this,
you are only focused on the quality of your technique.
