Dr. Crew's NLP Lessons #17

HUMAN BEHAVIOR

In NLP, we see all human behavior as (potentially) useful. There are some behaviors that are barely useful and only for a very specific reason, but they are useful nonetheless.

We evaluate behavior based upon the impact that this behavior or action has on others we are trying to effect and impact. If we are not obtaining a desired effect of a behavioral choice it is clearly NOT useful in this scenario.

We need to be flexible and utilize different approaches to different people based upon who they are and how they see the world. We need to do this WITHOUT losing who we are in the process.

WE always remain true to who we are.

NLP theory is that we are not our behaviors. All human beings have the capacity for true change.
