Self Meditation 123

If you stop running and listen closely,
you may hear the voice of your own inner wisdom.


Stop reading or whatever you are doing and imagine that you are going to die in one minute. It brings you into the present moment.
You stop fighting, you stop needing, you stop being concerned with physical comforts, you stop wanting, you stop achieving, and you stop maintaining.
