Try self-observation, which can be done anywhere.
Observe your body, as if you were a doctor or scientist.
Notice one aspect about yourself, such as a gesture you make.
Throughout the day, remain conscious of this every time it comes into play.
You must be conscious of your body and use it as a tool to bring yourself to the center.
Observe your inner selves whirling around, but do not identify with them.
Be the observer only.
Look at yourself and the universe through objective consciousness.
Expand your perception.
Give self-observation time to work its wonders.
Persist.
