Trying to squeeze in your servings of fruits and vegetables a day is easier than you think. A couple easy ideas include adding some apple slices or pineapple to your cheese (or favorite) sandwich and second, keep a piece of fruit and/or carrot pieces in your gym bag, back pack, purse, or laptop bag for a quick and nutritious snack on the go.
