Zinc enhances your immune system.
A deficiency in zinc can affect your sense of smell and taste.
Foods rich in zinc are: cooked oysters, beef, lamb, eggs, pecans, liver, sardines, poultry, soybeans, Lima beans, nuts, and whole grains.
