Self Meditation 2

If you take care of your own practice, children in your life will learn from the kindness and clarity you exemplify.

Visualize a color in your mind's eye, in all of its depth and richness while reflecting on and trying to assume the color's positive qualities.

Do a meditation that focuses on your control-need situations that involved the people who are most important to you. This helps you to acknowledge and find compassion to treat the pain of needing to be in control. It helps you become aware of and accept the world's uncontrollability.

You free yourself to drop your need to control those you love.
