Vitamin B-6

Your body needs Vitamin B6 to metabolize proteins and thus the more protein you eat, the more vitamin B6 you need.
Typically, our bodies need vitamin B6 in very small amounts; the best sources to meet your daily need of vitamin B-6 are bananas, whole grain cereals, avocado, and potatoes.
