Meditation Essentials: Contemplate Profound Thoughts

Often someone will say something to us, or we read a simple sentence, that has deep resonance. The next time this happens, write it down in a notebook. At the first available opportunity, spend five minutes of deep contemplation on these words. Try to not over evaluate them, simply allow them to connect with you in a way that they did when you first heard or read them. Whenever you feel the need refer back to your notebook for inspiration.
