Self Meditation 37

There are many ways to use sound in your meditation practice. You can have beautiful music playing in the background. Whichever type of music you choose, try meditating on each sound with mindfulness. In other words, be aware of every sound as it happens.


Volunteer at a soup kitchen, tutor in a literacy program, give clothes to a shelter, work on a help hotline, help try to find homes for abandoned animals, or work to heal the earth.
