Confidence visualization for difficult situations


Relax the tension from your body, breathe three deep breaths, then breathe naturally.

Visualize yourself entering into the challenging situation with confidence.
See yourself exuding self-confidence.
Keep this image in your mind as long as possible.
Reinforce the visualization by repeating an affirmation like "I can handle this" or "I am very confident."
