Remove Impulse Foods

Determine the unhealthier food choices that you tend to overindulge in and reduce or eliminate them from your pantry. Replace them with healthier alternatives.
The next time you are craving a candy bar the fact that you have to take a special trip to the market to get it will reduce the likelihood that you will eat that less healthy snack.
That apple in the fridge just might do the trick!
