Self Meditation 82

Visualize a healing temple and visit it in your meditation.
Sit at the temple, a place of great wisdom, and reflect on your spiritual journey.
Breathe and be aware of whatever arises.

Be open to pain.
Be open to joy.
Rest in the temple.
Allow healing to begin.

Stay as long as you wish and when you leave, remember that the temple is inside you and you can always go there.
