Tips For Healthy Bones
Vegetables
Increase green leafy vegetables. Calcium is more easily absorbed into the cells from greens than from dairy foods.
Sugar
Reduce refined sugar as it leaches calcium from the bones.
Bread
Reduce bread intake. These carbs turn to sugar and in turn leach calcium from bones.
Weight Bearing Exercise
will strengthen bones.
