Self Meditation 86

Make a specific list of all that you have received today, even the small things.
Everything matters.

Make another list of all you have given.
Include everything.

Make a third list of any trouble or pain you may have caused anybody.

The purpose of this is to reverse your usual thinking.
We tend to think we give all day and receive very little.
We think we have been hurt and disappointed by others most of the time and do not look at the pain or trouble we may have caused others.
