Self Meditation 64

Imagine that you are a kite soaring high in the sky.
Revel in your surrender to the wind but be aware of the string that anchors you to the ground and keeps you safe.

In your mind, see a mountain lake with a smooth glass-like surface.
A breeze sends ripples across the water.
As the breeze subsides, the ripples do also and the water is smooth again. Remember this during the day, when something ruffles or disturbs you. Remember the image of the mountain lake.
Feel the ripples and then let them settle.
