Meditation Essentials: Blow Imaginary Bubbles

Think of a past event that you would like to banish from your mind-something that has no value in your life.

Close your eyes and make a soft exhalation. As you blow out, imagine that you are blowing a bubble, just as you have done as a child. Inside the bubble is the event that troubles you. In your mind's eye, watch the bubble float away until it pops, banishing the event from your memory.
