Michael and I went with three of our dear friends to see AIDA at the Theatre Three Playhouse on Main Street right next to my office here in Port Jefferson Village.
I did not know the story, but I knew I loved Elton John's music. I loved it! I found this play to be very moving and, of course, very sad and tragic. The performances were excellent.
AIDA runs through Sunday, June 21st. I recommend seeing it before it leaves the theatre. It is a great idea for a Father's Day gift!
