Self-Talk

Next time you feel nervous, anxious, afraid, or uncertain, I challenge you to dig deep and look what’s underneath those feelings.
What is the narrative going on internally for you?
It’s far too common to indulge in harmful self-talk.
Be honest with yourself and identify what’s at the root of your fear.
How we speak to ourselves often has much more impact on how we feel and what we do than we realize.
