Dark Chocolate

Dark chocolate may help reduce the risk of heart disease by lowering blood pressure and protecting arteries from atherosclerosis. However, chocolate is high in saturated fat. One way to get the rich taste of chocolate and its health benefits is by using cocoa powder instead. Add a tablespoon to your morning coffee or smoothie, or sprinkle it on your plain, low-fat yogurt.
