How To Develop the Water Drinking Habit

If you’re struggling to get yourself to drink more water, dress it up with the crisp summer flavors of cucumber and mint. This refreshing, low-calorie, spa-like drink is the perfect way to spruce up your hydration routine when plain old water won’t do. It’s also great for guests.
Simply wash, peel and slice a medium-size cucumber, crush half a cup of mint in your hands to release the oils and add to a pitcher. Pour cold water over the mixture and let it steep at room temperature for 30 minutes before putting in the refrigerator overnight. When serving, garnish with lemon or lime wedges. Be sure to drink it within two days of making.
