Dark or White?

Whole Grains vs. White Flour

In a recent study at Penn State two groups of individuals were compared.
Group A ate whole wheat bread and pasta instead of the white versions. Group B continued eating the white versions.

Although both groups ate the same number of calories and both lost an average of 10 pounds over a 3 month period.
Group A dropped almost twice as much belly fat.
