Gratitude connects us to the joy and riches that are already in our lives.
Make gratitude a habit.
Whenever you find yourself in a bad mood or situation, find at least one positive aspect to this time.
Start a "gratitude journal". Write down five things you are grateful for each day.
Each day make a mental note of something that's "not wrong".
You don't have a toothache today. Your eyesight is good today. Whatever it may be.
When you cultivate gratitude, you become a happier, more fulfilled person.
The more you are grateful for, the more blessings will come towards you.
