Self Meditation 78

Let go at the end of the out-breath, letting the thoughts go.
It is like moving a boulder away so that water can keep flowing.
Your energy and life force will be able to evolve and go forward when you let go.


Want the best for everybody.
Do not wish for anybody to suffer, even and especially those who have done something wrong to you.


Simply stop for a moment, breathe, and come into awareness of precisely what is taking place-then try to act more skillfully, more appropriately, with consideration for all parties in the situation.
