Healthy Guilt

If you behaved very badly with someone, it is healthy to feel regret and/or guilt.
You need recognize your mistakes and not forget what you did, but you do not need to be depressed or feel remorse.
However, do not be indifferent or ignore what you did.
Learn to forgive yourself.

If possible, tell the other person that you were unpleasant and ask forgiveness.
