Imagine yourself as a wave with the power of the whole sea behind you.
You are unstoppable.
Feel the life-force surging through you.

Use an image of a lake, and all the ways it changes, in your meditation.

See the times of stillness.
See the times when it reflects.
See the times of turbulence, even though it is calm beneath the surface.
Use this image in daily life to carry you in difficult times.
