Researchers at the University of Rhode Island have found that people who eat slower consume about 150-200 less calories per day.
So take your time and chew your food like your mom used to tell you.

Great advice. This is so true. Try doing this and your metabolism rate will increase. It also helps your body to easily digest. One good tip would also be to stick to healthy food. See the difference after. Thanks and keep up the good stuff here.
