Self Meditation 5

Take a few slow deep breaths and close your eyes. Let your mind and body relax.

Imagine you are sitting inside a ball of golden white light, completely safe, resting on cushions. The golden white light is from the Divine, blessing you with healing light.

Let this light enter every pore in your skin, allow this light into each of your organs. Inhale this light deep into your body, deep into your tissues and cells. Inhale this light and exhale all stress, all fears and all pain.

Inhale more of this light until you feel more relaxed and free of stress.

Gradually bring your attention back to the present moment.
