Self Meditation 12

Practice the gentle letting go of distracting thoughts.
Do not judge yourself or try to figure out why you were thinking or what you were thinking.
Practice the simple but powerful act of always beginning again.



Imagine finding yourself alone in a room with a person whom you have long struggled with or have been hurt by.
What would you say?
What would you need to let go of in your heart so that you could listen?
