Self Meditation 117

Meditate on music by being mindful of it, the way you would with breath. Listen to the sounds with full attention. When your mind wanders, return to the music. You may lose yourself in the sound so that you `disappear', which is actually deep meditation.


Include everyone and everything that you meet as part of your practice. They are the means by which you cultivate compassion and wisdom.


Imagine explaining a problem you have to your alter ego, a mirror image of yourself. Allow the words to come without judging. See what you can learn from this.
