Insomnia Meditation

In falling asleep, focus on your breath.
Then transfer your awareness to your heart.
You may be aware of it beating or you may just focus on the space of the heart.

Visualize and try to sense the presence of a disk of still white light with its center at the heart and its circumference extending a little beyond the heart.
Set the disk spinning, slowly and then faster.
As it spins, you can see a rainbow of colors and their merging to form the white light.
Fall asleep with the disk still spinning.
