Self Meditation 109

Take a little time to contemplate the experience of suffering in your life.
Choose one painful incident in particular and either write or think about it.
Can you locate the underlying energies of wanting the experience to be different?
Can you see the energy of desire or craving?
Can you contemplate another way of holding the experience that includes letting go of this desire or clinging?
What does freedom or enlightenment mean to you?
Do you think you have the capacity to find freedom?
Could you reframe your definition of freedom to give yourself this possibility?
