Self Meditation 89

Meditating while working makes clear the most fundamental of Zen principles, that meditation is not merely a matter of learning to focus and concentrate your mind during sitting meditation, but instead bring that state into even the smallest acts of your daily life.


Close your eyes and contemplate the affirmation: It is all connected.
Repeat it silently to yourself with each in-breath
and out-breath.
