Swap a Soda

By simply substituting one 12-ounce sweetened soda drink a day with a non-calorie ”unsweetened” beverage, you will save approximately 3,900 calories a month.
This means if you did nothing else but cut out one sweetened beverage a day, you could lose about one pound of weight per month!
