Calories and Memory

New research suggests that the more calories people eat, the worse their memory is.
In a study of 1,200 people between the ages of 70 and 89, those who consumed the most calories were more than twice as likely to be diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment (MCI), regardless of how much they weighed. MCI increases the risk of dementia and Alzheimer’s disease.
